Babrbeque Marinade can be used for marinating meat, poultry, seafood and vegetables. It can be used as a wet marinade and dry rub as well.

The spice pack comes in 100 gms sealed packaging. The packaging has a zip lock which keeps the spices fresh for a longer time.
Each 100gms pack can be used 4-6 times for an average serve for 4 people ; when followed the recipe instructions.

Coriander , Cumin, Black peppercorns, cloves, cardamom, fenugreek seeds and leaves, cassia bark, dried ginger, nutmeg, turmeric and paprika.
