Garam masala is used as a spice base for making basic Indian curries like Coconut curry, Chicken Curry, Lentils, Vegetables. It can be used in making beef curry, lamb curry, goat curry, vegetable curries like Cauliflower potatoes, Chickpeas, Paneer,Saag etc.

For vegan diet, the animal products can be easily substituted with vegan options. For instance, for ghee : any vegetable based oil can be used and meat/chicken can be easily substituted with vegetables like peas, French beans, cauliflower, carrots, mushroom, tofu, potatoes. Coconut milk and cream can be used in place of milk and cream.
Each 100gms pack can be used 4-6 times for an average serve for 4 people; when followed the recipe instructions.
