Hello Everyone !!
I am Nidhi Mahajan (my friends call me Nidz), a simple person living in Adelaide, South Australia who loves, think and live food. Food has always been an important part of my life! I have never thought how many marks will I get in my exams but the most important question has always been what I am eating or cooking next.
I do not only like to eat but love to cook for others which include family, friends and strangers (who later become my friends).
This true and lifetime love for food got me recognized at a premium cooking competition in the World, which every amateur cook dreams of, I was a contestant in MasterChef Australia 2016 (Season 8).
So, in short Nidz is a girl who loves, dream and live food by realizing her food dream i.e. Nidz Kitchen.
Idea of Nidz Kitchen
In 2016, I participated in MasterChef Australia Season 8, and was praised by renowned chefs in culinary world. This gave me more confidence in my ability to create and cook. After elimination I have been asked by so many people what I am doing next.
Nidz Kitchen is the Chapter 2 after my cooking stint at Chapter 1 of my culinary dream i.e. MasterChef Australia 2016.
Nidz Kitchen is everything about food. Be it cooking, eating or sharing knowledge and views about everything related to food. Food is the essence of life!
So, here I will be sharing my food journey with you, my recipes and stories behind them and the home catering and cooking classes I do!
